Tratar con el p\u00fablico es muy dif\u00edcil y tedioso, es un gran reto, a veces te sentir\u00e1s estresado, con ganas de tirar la toalla cuando te enfrentas a un cliente que no quiere entrar en raz\u00f3n y est\u00e1 predispuesto.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Molestos o alegres, igual la empresa los necesita, es lo que le da vida al negocio. Siempre hay unas reglas o normas que seguir para tratar a los clientes y la m\u00e1s importantes es que nunca debes responder de mala manera por mucho que te haya hecho molestar o perder la paciencia.\u00a0 Adem\u00e1s cuando iniciamos con la Atenci\u00f3n al Cliente, los jefes de la empresa siempre te dicen esta famosa frase: \u201cEl cliente siempre tiene la raz\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Con esa frase tendr\u00e1s que lidiar mucho y si el cliente no la tiene, seguro tendr\u00e1s que conseguir una manera para que ambas partes (empresa-cliente) queden satisfecha con el acuerdo y hacerle ver al cliente que ten\u00eda la raz\u00f3n, aunque no la haya tenido. Son peque\u00f1os trucos que se van adquiriendo con el tiempo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>A continuaci\u00f3n te dejaremos varios consejos\u00a0 para saber actuar cuando te toque atender a los clientes enojados:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mant\u00e9n la calma:<\/strong> Por nada del mundo te molestes y pierdas la cordura. Respira profundo y mant\u00e9n la calma. Si est\u00e1s fuera si, no podr\u00e1s comunicarte y darle posibles soluciones a ese cliente molesto, es decir, no habr\u00e1 un resultado positivo. Adem\u00e1s debes cuidar tus gestos y expresiones, si est\u00e1s molesto tu cuerpo o cara te puede delatar y enojar\u00eda m\u00e1s al cliente.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Aprende a escuchar:<\/strong> Deja que el cliente se exprese, que se desahogue. Saber que tiene a alguien escuch\u00e1ndolo y atento a lo que dice, quiz\u00e1s lo haga bajar un poco la guardia y confiar\u00e1 en ti para que resuelvas sus quejas o problemas. Debes aprender a escuchar a los clientes para entender lo que quiere y saber c\u00f3mo ofrecerle la ayuda correcta.\u00a0 Con esta t\u00e9cnica tendr\u00e1s un cliente desahogado y te dar\u00e1 tiempo para establecer una interacci\u00f3n con \u00e9l.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Empat\u00eda:<\/strong> Una sonrisa lo puede todo. A veces no estamos de \u00e1nimos y nos cuesta sonre\u00edr pero cuando trabajamos en \u201cAtenci\u00f3n al Cliente\u201d debemos siempre mantener una cara amable para todos los clientes que acudan a nosotros, incluso\u00a0 esos clientes enojados.\u00a0 Recuerda que de ellos depende tu trabajo y mostrar tu cara m\u00e1s amable no costar\u00e1 mucho dinero, solo un poco de esfuerzo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Da soluciones:<\/strong> Los clientes enojados o los que acuden a la atenci\u00f3n al p\u00fablico, quieren que le brinden soluciones y es tu deber hacerlo. Si quieres pasar de clientes enojados a clientes satisfechos debes darle soluciones concretas y \u00a0en la que no pierdan ellos y n la empresa, esta \u00faltima para seguir teniendo tu puesto de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Por \u00faltimo pero no menos importante es que hagas un seguimiento. S\u00ed, un seguimiento. Luego de haber tenido el encuentro con el cliente, trata de comunicarte con \u00e9l por la v\u00eda m\u00e1s directa y preg\u00fantale si se resolvi\u00f3 el problema, si la soluci\u00f3n fue efectiva, \u00bftendr\u00e1 otro problema en que lo puedas ayudar?
